I'm an experienced organizational psychologist with a diverse background in administration, operations, human resources, project management, and graphic design. I hold a Master's degree in Healthcare Organizations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. As the Administration & Operations Officer at the Center for Sustainable Peace and Development (SeeD). In this role, I coordinate many activities including recruitment, organizational development, administration duties, and human resource related duties. At SeeD, I contribute to research initiatives focused on peacebuilding and social cohesion, working to create a positive impact on a global scale.In addition to my role at SeeD, I am currently engaged in a consultancy with Labayh Business as an organizational psychologist. In this capacity, I leverage my expertise in organizational psychology to provide insights and solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. As an organizational psychologist, I have a keen interest and expertise in burnout and servant leadership. My research and practical experience in these areas enable me to develop strategies that promote psychological resilience and create supportive work environments.Previously, I had the honor of serving as the Director General at VOIS Cyprus, where I led a dynamic team and managed multifaceted projects. This role honed my leadership skills and reinforced my ability to navigate complex organizational and political landscapes, drive innovation, and achieve strategic objectives. At VOIS Cyprus, I was part of advocating for the rights of international students, enhancing their experience, and fostering a supportive community. I have worked with other board members in VOIS to apply for 3 grants funded by the European Union, all 3 grants were accepted and I directly managed two of the projects that resulted from these grants, from that I gained extensive experience in project management.My professional journey is complemented by extensive volunteer work and active participation in numerous conferences and seminars. These experiences have broadened my perspective, and allowed me to contribute to meaningful dialogues on global issues.In addition to my administrative and operational roles, I have a creative side that I have cultivated as a Graphic Designer since 2015. Here, I merge my creative talents with strategic insights to produce compelling visual content focusing on data visualization and infographics.
