I learned that the key to sales success lies in understanding and catering to the customer's needs.As a Sales Associate at BRAC-Aarong I started my career journey in January 2018. And after 4 years 1 month of my successful job period, I got promoted as a Outlet Supervisor in March 2022. In my role as a Outlet Supervisor I lead a team of about 100+ employees. And as well as in this roles I'm responsible to work for boosted sales and cut costs by through effective inventory management and staff motivation & training programs.As a Outlet Supervisor my key responsibilities are given below; Drive and direct retail sales staff to achieve sales targets on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis. Maintain all the staff activities on the floor to ensure proper customer service . Responsible to maintain product receiving, transfer and outlet inventory management. Maintain VM standard as per p SOP & Planogram. To take necessary steps to resolve customer problems/complaints. Control shrinkage /damage in a budgeted year. Ensure staff attendance, duty/OT, and leave Balance.I am confident to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures. By reducing operational costs and increasing productivity in my current roles, I have consistently delivered results that align with business goals. My ability to navigate complex challenges and drive continuous improvement makes me a valuable asset to any organization. I am also passionate about sustainability, this passion has taught me the importance of responsible retail practices and made me a strong advocate for sustainable products in the stores I work at.Outside of work, I am interested in cyclin, which has taught me the importance of goal-setting.
