Successfully given closures for the following positions within last 3 weeks of my internship.1) HR Executive 2) Business Development ExecutiveThe Project undertaken in during my Summer Internship was "Designing a Psychometric Test as a tool for Recruitment".The HR department of Four Fountains De-Stress Spa wanted to come up with a tool to judge the personality of an individual on the following competencies:• Extraversion• Planned and Organized Work• Self-learner• Follower or Leader• Stress Handling Capacity• Adaptation to the organization cultureThe best way of doing this was to design with a Psychometric Test. I took up this opportunity to design a five scale multiple choice questionnaires. This questionnaire will be circulated amongst the existing employees. The reason we’ll do this is because we can judge the validity of this test as the sample includes the existing employees whose personality is already known.The filled questionnaire will be scored. Alternatively, the seniors of each employee will be asked to score them on the scale of 5 for all these competencies. We will proceed with the research assuming that the scores given by the senior is the exact personality of the respective employee. The gap between the scores given by the seniors and the scores received from the Test should be least, which will prove that the designed test is giving accurate result. We will calculate the gap competency-wise. The competency having the largest gap is the competency which is not close to accuracy. My Project report will be attached soon.!
