As Red Hat Marketplace Architect, i was responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of the Red Hat Marketplace, a cloud-native platform that enables customers to discover, try, purchase, and manage enterprise software solutions from Red Hat and its partners. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of customers and internal stakeholders.Design and implement the architecture of the Red Hat Marketplace, including the underlying infrastructure, services, and applications. Ensure that the platform is scalable, resilient, and meets the needs of customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to define platform requirements and ensure successful implementation. Implement security and compliance controls to protect customer and partner data and ensure regulatory compliance. Define and implement the monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the platform is performing optimally and issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Define and implement the deployment and release processes to ensure the platform is deployed with high quality and minimal downtime. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the development process and improve platform performance and security.
