As Senior Account Director at Axon, I manage the National Home Office Conducted Energy Device (CED) Framework. I’m the main commercial contact for key organizations like the National Police Chiefs Council, College of Police, Home Office, and Police Federation. I’m constantly on the lookout for new opportunities across our product range. I oversee and expand 17 UK Law Enforcement and Ministry of Defence accounts, managing a portfolio that includes TASER devices, UAV hardware and software, body-worn video (BWV) systems, a virtual reality (VR) training platform, cloud-hosted digital evidence management solutions (DEMS), productivity software, and real-time operations capabilities.• I enhanced DEMS software utilization and hardware attachment rates within the TASER portfolio.• I led commercial tenders, boosted subscriptions, and increased recurring revenue streams.

In my role as Sales Director, I managed a small team and 50 UK Law Enforcement and MOD accounts. I drove software adoption and hardware integration within the TASER portfolio, was commercial lead for the UAV mounted TASER project, facilitated cross-selling, and helped close software and sensor deals, leading to significant growth in subscriptions and recurring revenue streams. I hit target four out of the five years and closed out 2023 as the Regional Top Performer, achieving $53m on a $40m target. In 2021 I closed out the year as Global Top performer.

As the APAC Regional Sales Manager, I directed 24 ANZ Law Enforcement, Corrections, and Defence accounts. I managed the regional commercial relationship and framework with the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency. I supported cross-selling and finalized software and sensor opportunities, while also providing TASER support across the APAC region. I hit target whilst in this role which earnt me my next promotion and the opportunity to move back to the UK.
