Intercontinental Trust Limited (ITL) is a licensed management company in Mauritius with more than two decades of service to both private & corporate clients. We provide a comprehensive range of corporate, fiduciary, tax, accounting and fund administration services to an international and local client base.Ashtee leads the Trust and Private Client Department of ITL. She oversees the setting up and administration of Trusts, Foundations and underlying global business companies, advising on structures and regulatory matters.She began her career in 2001 in the Global Business Sector and worked for one of the major Offshore Management Companies in Mauritius before joining ITL in 2006. She holds a Bachelor in Law and Management and has also completed Advanced Certificate in Trust Creation Law and Practice, Company Law and Practice, Trust Administration and Accounts, Trustee Investment and Financial Appraisal, Foundation Law by the Central Law Training, UK and is recognised as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) by the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.She has also done her MBA in Innovation and Leadership (with Distinction).
