I founded Step Ahead Tech in 2018 with the goal of encouraging and providing resources for youth in the Greater Columbus area to pursue a higher education, particularly in STEM. Since then, we have organized workshops, seminars, and summer camps that have allowed students to develop a basic skills in a wide range of STEM and IT subjects, as well as providing opportunities for them to network and build their understanding of the professional world.

Dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community, I work as and Ambassador for the Office of Living Learning Communities. With a commitment to student engagement and development, I collaborate with faculty, staff, and fellow students to create enriching experiences that promote academic success and personal growth. Through mentorship, programming, and advocacy, I strive to cultivate an environment where all students feel empowered to thrive and contribute to a diverse and dynamic campus culture.

As as an aid in a vibrant fourth-grade ENL (English as a New Language) classroom, I am committed to supporting the academic and linguistic development of multilingual students from diverse backgrounds. With a passion for equity and inclusion, I provide personalized assistance to students, offering language support, cultural sensitivity, and academic reinforcement tailored to their individual needs. By fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, I empower students to embrace their diversity, build confidence in their abilities, and achieve academic success.

At Syracuse University, I am leading a transformative community development initiative to unite three diverse community centers across New York. As Project Manager, I am orchestrating the establishment of a collaborative coalition, leveraging my expertise in strategic planning and relationship-building to create a framework for shared resources and streamlined processes. By fostering cross-cultural engagement and collaboration among stakeholders, I am driving impactful change that enhances the collective capacity of these centers to serve their communities.

I work in the Customer and Operations Health and Government service line to streamline the processes of state and local governments and maximize their productivity in serving their constituents.

I work with various different clients to provide them with resources, information, and necessary support as needed.

I work with the community engagement team on neighborhood outreach efforts, data collection, grant writing, and vaccine distribution.

I monitor student check in for entry into Syracuse University Residence Halls. Additionally, I observe the behavior of student patrons and report anything that may create an unsafe or disorderly living environment.

I worked with UnitedWay to create a dashboard that details the diversity statistics of senior management and the Board of Trustees of several nonprofits in the Greater Columbus Area. I was responsible for consulting frequently with the customer and ensuring that the product met their expectations by creating and adjusting wireframes and website content.

I created and managed virtual platforms through which the scholarship participants could submit applications for the essay competition. In addition, I organized volunteer essay readers and developed an algorithm to fairly and unbiasedly choose the recipients of the scholarship.
