The Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple-businesses (retail, rental, custom, and Omni-channel) within a store location. To be successful in this role the Consultant needs to support and positively impact a culture of customer-obsession, by being customer-ready and delivering a world-class experience each and every day. The Consultant is expected to engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. The Consultant must navigate through change in order to adapt to new programs in a timely manner and to achieve the expected outcome. The Community Assistant (CA) is an integral part of the University Housing and Residence Life at Savannah State University. They are the staff members who have the most direct and constant contact with our students. Their primary responsibility is to act as a facilitator for the residence hall community and to enhance the social, educational, spiritual, intellectual, physical, vocational, cultural, and environmental development of each of their residents. The CA represents University Housing and Residence Life and acts as a role model for students. As a staff member, he/she will work to build community, maintain communications between management and residents, and assist in a multitude of administrative tasks.
