Worked with the client - AvePoint to deploy Enterprise SaaS CRM Platform for an Institution of Higher Learning in Singapore.As a UXUI trained Business Analyst, I - Work in a multidisciplinary team (project managers, business analysts, solution architects, software engineers & QA engineers) for enterprise system development;- Elicit requirements for through workshops with customers and vendors;- Collaborate with industry peers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision; and- Analyse information needs to deliver functional requirements and use cases.

Gained fluency with the core UX techniques such as User interviews and Brand Research, Competitive and Comparative Analysis, Affinity Mapping, Problem Statement creation, Persona creation, Journey Mapping, Rapid Ideation, Design Studio, Sketching, Wireframing, Prototyping and Usability Testing. Able to comfortably wield UX software such as Figma, Figjam, Optimal Workshop, Miro and Adobe XD, as well as portfolio building sites such as Wix and Webflow.Key Projects:• Burpple (Pro Bono Client Collaboration): As Project Manager, UI/UX Designer and Storyboard Artist, led a team of 3 to deliver a differentiated food delivery app to integrate with Burpple’s existing products, and help Burpple stay relevant amidst the global pandemic. Conducted extensive user and market research as well as journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.• Central Provident Fund Board (CPF):As Project Manager and UI/UX Designer, led a team of 4 to redesign CPF’s responsive mobile website to solve the issue of trust. Created a project plan and timeline, conducted design studio and designed a new home page and dashboard as per the user research. Usability was improved post-reiteration after a round of usability testing.

Established in 1993, Greenearth Consultants is a home-grown Singaporean company that specialises in landscape architectural design consultancy, planning and ABC Waters design. As landscape architect, planned, designed and oversaw the creation and development of external areas such as gardens, recreational areas, residential and commercial sites.
