Working directly with patrons as event staff, planning and coordinating a variety of large and small scale gatherings, as well as serving one on one customers in the restaurant. Duties include but are not limited to; communicating with customers and staff, preparing food, preparing event orders, ensuring the quality of the environment, and making sure all needs are met through observing the interactions of guests.

Manage a small staff and ensure safe clean working environment. Duties include but are not limited to; customer interaction, stocking concession, cleaning equipment, understanding utilizing our POS system, performing opening and closing counts.
