I coded responses, found trends using SPSS, Excel, and GIS, and created a presentation with charts, maps, and qualitative information. I also completed smaller projects including 1) performing original analyses using Origin-Destination Survey data, 2) creating an updated survey email database of over 70,000 entries, and 3) creating a database for incidents regarding the City of Chicago's 2019 E-Scooter pilot program. I was able to use critical thinking skills to help make decisions regarding future CTA surveys as well. -
