*Developed and implemented a new Undergraduate Student Manager Program, while leading the daily operations of program.*Collaborated with the coordinator of operations to manage daily program tasks, travel arrangements, meal coordination, equipment maintenance, camp and donor relations.*Oversaw all equipment operations, issuing gear, practice attire, game uniforms, and travel packing.*Co-directed and planned the ANWNC Gala, while also managing brand t-shirt sales, launching Coach-Yo.com, and overseeing tax documentation for #NoCeilings with Coach Yo Foundation.

*During the COVID-19 pandemic, Clemson manager Jake Cerota and I co-founded Grow the Game, which has since become a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.*Administrated a three-year Graduate Assistant Pathway program, mentoring over 150 senior student managers in resume building, character development, conducting mock interviews, and facilitating job placement.*Empowered and continuing to equip managers, providing them with free resources and opportunities to enhance their professional development and networking journeys, kickstarting their basketball careers.

*Directed community outreach events on a weekly basis and led part-time student leaders through event operations.*Adapted and created solutions to problems for the team as they came in throughout the year and was apart of budget solutions.*Created and built a partnership team of 30 outside donors and stayed in direct contact with over the course of my internship with intentional nurturing.

*Assisted strength coach with all food operations during the 2020-2021 season on a daily basis. solely responsible for dinner operations every night for the team. *Assisted and worked directly with the entire men’s basketball staff for practices, game day operations, equipment, receipts. gear, scouting reports, and social media. *Brought an elite level of energy, passion, and joy to the program which was in full alignment with the program’s missions and values.
