Key responsibilities:• Maintaining contact with Patrons throughout the year, as well as organising targeted communications with Patrons around key fundraising events.• Working with my collegue to co-ordinate The Yellow Candle Project (largest Jewish Community Project in the UK reaching 60,000 people) including:o Overseeing the national and international distribution of the yellow candles to organisations and individuals. o Day to day contact with national project participants (including community organisations, University Jewish Societies, schools and places of worship) • Research support to fundraising teams in identifying potential donors• Maintaining key operational and fundraising databases (across Raisers Edge Platform, Excel, Word)• Ad-hoc support to the CEO

Key responsibilities:• Providing support to the Creative Director, and wider Consumer Brand Team, servicing global brands such as P & G and Olay.• Setting up meetings and liaising with the clients’ regarding ongoing projects.• Fulfilling PA duties to the Creative Director, such as taking ownership of Outlook Emails, diarising appointments, and taking minutes at meetings.• Assisting the team with preparation of pitch documents and client presentations.

• Assisting the Compliance Officer with the daily organisation of his schedule, which included co-coordinating meetings internally and externally, providing suitable times and meeting places for conference calls and the ability to learn, develop, co-ordinate, and communicate effectively across different time zones using personal initiative.• Provide administrative assistance for expenses, payroll, invoices, travel, and maintain communication distribution lists between internal and external contacts.
