I am a new graduate from the University of Tennessee, where I majored in human resources with a collateral in marketing. Currently, I'm a Human Resource Intern at the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority. There, I have design training presentations, presented insights to the Board of Directors, and developed employee review forms. I have loved diving into data to find ways to improve our workplace and make it a better environment for everyone.My journey in HR began at JKS Aquatics, where I worked as the Human Resource Manager. It was a hands-on experience where I got to manage relationships, oversee inventory, recruit and hire employees, and even handle our social media accounts. This role taught me the importance of finding the right people who fit our company culture and contribute positively to our team.I've also interned at Blackberry Farm, where I developed HR strategies, analyzed data, and supported recruiting efforts. These experiences have solidified my passion for human resources and my desire to make a meaningful impact in the field.After college, I aspire to join a company that is committed to fostering growth and development. I am eager to apply my skills in a meaningful way while continuously learning and expanding my capabilities.
