These responsibilities included daily accountability, training, making sure their medical records were current, taking care of personal needs, and implementing procedures and policies. • Created new spreadsheets to track all actions being taken with Microsoft Excel through Microsoft Teams, including the use of conditional formatting, tables, and formalus to make it so others could use the trackers seamlessly. • Managed permissions within Microsoft Teams to ensure only the authorized users had access to any personal trackers or information. • Created a procedure to archive all documents so that they could be recalled whenever necessary. • Created template documents with attachable instructions for various actions, including in and out-processing, pay changes, award submissions, record keeping, and tracker updating. • Conducted weekly meetings with top company leadership, such as the Commander, First Sergeant and platoon leadership, to ensure continuity for past, present, and future actions and issues. • Fluently took advantage of programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat to make day-to-day operations run smoothly.
