Main responsibilities:- Carry out the work in the field of policy, salary, and bonus, social insurance, labor relations; Finalization; Evaluation of KPIs;- Building corporate culture & organizing internal events;- Building a system of internal processes and documents for the Enterprise;- Report the situation of labor used to State agencies; and monthly employment situation for the Board of Directors;- Manage and store HR information;- Recruiting and interviewing personnel;- Integration training for new employees;- Developing HR strategies and plans.Achievements:- Successfully developed internal documents such as Labor Regulations, Regulations on assessment of work completion, Regulation on salary payment; Labor handbook; Types of Contracts: Member's Contract, Labor Contract, and Information Confidentiality Agreement, etc;- Successfully built the working process of departments: Human Resources, Sales, Design, Production, etc;- Building and planning personnel costs for each project;- Complete all documents and procedures, welcome and work directly with the social insurance inspector;- Monthly reports on work results of departments, recruitment, and termination;- Calculating wages, salaries, social insurance, and personal income tax monthly;- Sort, organize and store (soft & hard copy) records of 50 employees neatly and logically;- Manage a team of 1-2 people.

Main responsibilities:- Carry out the work in the field of policy, salary, and bonus, social insurance, labor relations;- Report the situation of labor used to State agencies;- Manage and store HR information;- Support recruitment and training;- Draft and review the legality of the Contract.Achievements:- Successfully developed internal documents such as Welfare Regulations; Labor Agreements; Labor regulations; Types of Contracts: Labor Contracts, Information Confidentiality Agreements, and Training Contracts, etc;- Complete the personnel procedures, receive and work directly with tax inspectors, and health inspectors;- Monthly report on the situation of social insurance and termination;- Calculating wages, salaries, social insurance, and personal income tax monthly;- Sort, organize and store (soft & hard copy) records of 500 employees neatly and logically;- Manage a team of 2-3 people.

Main responsibilities:- Supporting and consulting solutions for Enterprises on Labor Law;- Building a system of internal documents;- Handling complaints of personnel;- Teaching assistant for training courses on Labor Law;- Participating in court proceedings;- Organize a seminar on Labor LawAchievements:- Consulting for 05 enterprises on cases such as transfer, disciplinary action, information security, restructuring;- Participating in building a system of internal documents on labor for 03 enterprises: labor rules, information security regulations, salary regulations, various types of contracts- Teaching assistant of Labor Law for more than 20 businesses, typically: Viettel, Vingroup, VPBank, Vietinbank, Honda, EVN, etc- Participated in 02 court proceedings.- Successfully organized 02 seminars on Labor Law with nearly 700 participants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
