Provide individual and group counseling for survivors of sexual assault/trauma and their families. Maintain a weekly schedule for individual counseling clients and off-site groups. Assist with hotline and crisis intervention counseling, along with on call duties.• Provide supervision to MSW interns in the program• Maintain confidentiality of client and agency information • Complete documentation and reports in an appropriate and timely manner

Advocate for sexual assault victims by providing services and resources during medical procedures, legal and law enforcement involvement. Participate in monthly on-call duties. Keep accurate, organized case files. Facilitate healthy relationship groups for various populations in Will and Grundy County• Collaborate with law enforcement and Will/Grundy court system to provide justice for victims • Teach crisis intervention training classes to incoming volunteers/interns• Educate youth on sexual assault prevention in the Will/Grundy County area

Provide social work support services to students in public school setting. Work directly with general education and special education students with individual education plans (IEP). Build rapport and work closely with parents and teachers to provide best support for student’s academic and social/emotional development.• Create student social/emotional goals for current school year• Manage student behavioral plans• Evaluate student’s current academic ability through various developmental scales

Facilitate interviews with children, parents, and mentoring volunteers. Match child and mentor volunteer together and facilitate orientation. • Provide conflict resolution to matches as needed• Document all interactions in a timely manner• Collaborate with community members and agencies to recruit volunteers and raise awareness of program

Counsel individuals that call the suicide hotline while assessing for caller safety. Conduct daily wellness checks and medication reminders to various clients.• Manage multiple phone lines with calm demeanor• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and follow-up for callers• Provide callers with information and referral to community resources
