Conducts Chinook program planning and integration around new business opportunities, directs value stream performance - safety, quality, and delivery, along with acting as the primary contact to stakeholders. Coordinates with various business units and functions to establish program baselines and meet the deliverable needs of International Chinook helicopter clients. Manages EVM standards and integrates PMBOK principles.

Teamed with international program managers to ensure international trade compliance in line with scheduled contract benchmarks and corporate objectives; analyzed program export licensing requirements; plans Apache, Chinook, and Osprey aircraft license strategies for securing USG technology release, Congressional approval, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) / Export Administration Regulations (EAR) export authorizations. Provided export regulation interpretation and guidance on business development activities to facilitate risk mitigating control measures that meet U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory standards. Collaborated with product engineering on the application of commodity jurisdiction classifications.

Interacted with stakeholders internal and external to the enterprise about product and technical data export regulations, along with legislative procedures for global trade compliance. Reviewed the effectiveness of Global Trade Controls' Export-Import Compliance Plan and conducted an enhancement proposal with new procedural guidelines and updated training methods.

Assistant Director (February 2016 - June 2018) Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA Led the rapid allocation of attack, utility, and medical helicopters to handle evolving emergencies. Supported higher echelon objectives by installing new practices to optimize the efficiency of 4 multi-functional Aviation Task Forces. Designed, resourced, and executed an unprecedented 31-day joint operations exercise involving 2,800 active Army and Air Force soldiers. Coordination was required with local, state, and federal agencies to achieve a Department of Defense capstone certification. Senior Program Manager (January 2014-March 2015) Fort Campbell, KY Developed training programs and coordinated resources, allowing 680 personnel to qualify for deployment operations. Synchronized with unilateral organizations to conduct deliberate rotary operations in northern and eastern Afghanistan. Planned logistics and security for the single day air transport delivery of 7,000+ ballot boxes to be tallied in Kabul during Afghanistan’s 2014 presidential election. Operations Manager (March 2012-January 2014) Fort Campbell, KY and Republic of South Korea Tracked and prioritized daily helicopter and vehicular maintenance procedures. Streamlined property accountability by standardizing record controls and reconciling property discrepancies. Supervised the only Downed Aircraft Recovery Team on the Korean Peninsula and received personal accolades from the United States Secretary of the Army for recovering an MH-53E helicopter from a seaside village during a tropical storm.
