I have leveraged my 8 years of teaching experience and my MS in Nutrition and Human Performance to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs for employees and clients. I collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align our learning objectives with our strategic goals and to ensure our training content reflects the key outcomes.My core competencies include adult learning principles, Articulate Rise, employee training, and nutrition coaching. I am passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being through education and empowerment. I have received the 2023 Excellence Award for Focus for building a strong and successful employee onboarding program and reducing time to competency by 2 weeks. I am always looking for new ways to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of Learning and Development, and to share them with others.
