My name is Ashton Larson, I love strength training and pushing to my overall limit. I love training myself but what I love more is teaching others how to lift efficiently effectively and optimally. there is so much that goes into teaching someone proper technique and explaining to them why they do it that way. I follow closely to Louie Simmons ( the greatest strength coach of all time) and his teachings on how to become the best athlete possible.
