I have Shadowed coordinators in each of the departments here. Each of the departments being Director, fitness coordinator, Risk-Reduction coordinator, marketing coordinator, dietetic coordinator, and the administration coordinator. I have achieved these additional goals to my set requirements to be able to go above and beyond. I have demonstrated great communication skills throughout the projects and budgeting assignments I have been tasked. I have used math skills in program design, proposals, and budgeting for equipment purchases. I have also had to use critical thinking and problem solving skills with arising obstacles in the gym for members. I have attended staff meetings and interviews imposing professional skills and representation. I have built many relationships here with staff and members through group fitness classes, personal training, and working on projects with each coordinator. I have implemented new programs and member experience using technological skills. I have also had the chance to Market specialized fitness offerings I helped create at the Bridal Expo. I learned so much about the community and other competition around the area. I have gone above and beyond in every opportunity I have been offered to participate in.

While working here I was responsible for facility tours and assisting new members with learning the rules/safety information about the gym and equipment. I would assist members by adjusting equipment and spotting members in their lifts to ensure safety. I was responsible for equipment cleaning and maintenance, along with reporting any broken equipment or incidents that occur in the facility. I implemented patron challenges and competitions to keep the atmosphere positive and thriving. I also helped set up and break down facility events, organization and problem solving.
