- Project leader of data request process involving: - Data quality engineering. Develop and maintain data request processes to ensure quality data is received and once validated, used in modelling.- Production Cost Modelling for reliability in the Western Interconnection through GridView/Plexos.- Work with ERO-Enterprise colleagues to plan reliability assessments, identify lessons learned, and apply best practices.- Perform annual WECC/NERC reliability assessments and WECC Reliability Assessment Committee activities related to reliability assessments.-Work with WECC’s various technical committees to align committee and staff work plans and ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement.- Write technical reports and give presentations on reliability assessment results, findings, and recommendations.- Engage stakeholders to identify and assess reliability challenges in the short-term to long-term time frames.- Give technical guidance and insight on potential reliability risks to the future power grid.- Improve business processes through analysis and teamwork.- Collaborate, mentor, and coordinate with others on daily activities.

1. Lead demand forecast project for two west coast utilities which includes: Gather economic and workforce data (employment, population, etc), cleaning and organizing data, analyzing data to forecast over 200 models, visualize the results and extract meaningful insights.2. Manage pipeline data files, including complex excel spreadsheets, mainting up-to-date measurements and ensuring accuracy and usability of the data.3. Collaborates in the preparation and development of Cascade’s IRP (20-year plan), focusing on the preparation of: demand load forecasts, weather normalization, economic analysis, risk analysis, energy market intelligence, price forecasts and supply side analyses utilized for Cascade’s IRP.4. Assists with the preparation of the written plan and presentations to interested parties related to the IRP.5. Supports the monitoring of applicable statutes, pipeline tariffs, NEB, FERC proceedings, state regulatory commission rules and orders affecting IRP, climate change/carbon legislation, gas supply acquisition and transportation.6. Performs analysis of gas supply resource acquisition, resource and facility optimization and modeling results.7. Participates in the development and modification of gas supply objectives, policies, standards and guidelines in support of corporate objectives and strategies.8. Respond to various audit exceptions and data requests, including requests from regulatory bodies
