As a C-Suite Advisor and Fortune 50 Executive, I have driven growth and profitability enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, cost focused operational improvements, and transformational Top 100 acquisitions for $150B media and telecommunications leader Comcast.In my most recent role as SVP, Strategy & Planning for Technology, Product and Experience (TPX) for Comcast Cable, I collaborated closely with our President/CEO, CFO and C-Suite leadership to establish both short and long-term growth strategies for the $60B Cable segment serving over 30M homes in the US. I directly managed $5B in annual spend, developing budgets and strategic business plans while setting direction for our 14,000+ global employees. Our organization consistently strengthened the overall enterprise through improvements including a multi-billion dollar network architecture upgrade initiative. I also actively identified and analyzed acquisition opportunities, completing all aspects of due diligence.As Vice President, Corporate Strategy, I led enterprise-wide strategy development across the entire $150B operations. We elevated our operations through internal operations partnerships, improving our customer experience and productivity through the use of world-class data analytics. We also grew Comcast through M&A activities including the $30B+ acquisition of NBCUniversal and the $39B Sky Group acquisition. I am especially proud of my work in successfully integrating the technology, systems, and people assets into Comcast operations.My early career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) forms the foundation for my business modeling and strategic work. In roles including VP, FP&A for Comcast Cable, I helped launch numerous new products and services while closely managing the P&L. I served as a critical advisor to our CFO and integrated key acquisition including the AT& Broadband acquisition into Comcast.Throughout my career, I have built numerous world-class organizations. Creating teams, coaching team members and actively working to promote and develop top talent is a passion of mine. I also have given back to my community, serving as a lead for Comcast Cares Day, one of the largest corporate service programs in ther US.
