Wiregrass Parents is a glossy, full-color monthly magazine that serves the Dothan, Enterprise, and Ozark areas. Each issue has student spotlights, local and national family-focused columns like Kids Health and our Mom to Mom interview. We also do monthly guides like the After School Activity Guide, Fall Family Fun Guide, and Summer Camp Guide. We also publish the Wiregrass's best community calendar.

I supervise the news producing staff along with the writing, producing and editing of newscasts. I'm also responsible for training members of the newsroom on our different systems and procedures, and I supervise the daily content, editorial and quality control standards of our shows.WTVY airs six shows daily - WTVY This Morning, Live at Lunch, and the 5:00, 6:00, 9:00 and 10:00. You name it, I did it. From taking pictures at events to writing the stories that go along with those events, I was involved in every aspect of every page of the publication. I organized the content of the book, created all of the page layouts, and was in charge of the Sports section. I managed a staff of 24 student workers, was in charge of story and photo assignments, and acted as a liaison to the photography department, University Relations and the Publication Board.

The Image Agency contains within it Dothan Magazine and The Main Event. I coordinated and wrote three medical profiles and coordinated business advertisements for the July/Aug edition of the magazine. I created posters to advertise for the 'Family 4th Celebration', designed a magazine ad for the Dothan 'Festival of Murals', and acted as a correspondent for the 20 bands performing at the 'Family 4th Celebration' for the Main Event. I also designed a logo for Buffalo Rock Pepsi.
