• Designing and planning the Hanesbrands Inc. network across the global (UK, US, Canada, Australia and Asia)• Responsible to manage end-to-end routing, firewall, wireless, riverbed and F5 environment.• Take part in recovery calls for P1 cases to provide the quick resolution and restore the impacted services.• Standardize the configuration for over 1000 access switches in Hanesbrands.• Having hands on experience on various WLC’s 2500, 5508 and 9800 etc.• Upgraded multiple Cisco WLCs (working in HA) on these series : 5520, 5508 3504, 2504 to the latest version• Troubleshoot and resolve various wireless issues using Cisco Prime along with Cisco ISE• Configured and upgraded the firmware of Cisco Access Points (AP) manually which goes faulty• Extensive knowledge and experience regarding F5 BIG-IP LTM VIP configuration with health check.• Extensive knowledge and experience with hosting SSL certificate on F5 platforms.• Responsible for maintaining firewall day to day activities and handling Incident daily tasks. • Planning different types of changes (Critical, Standard and Routine Changes).• Troubleshooting, Implementation and up-gradation Experience in Riverbed Wan optimization• Responsible for Installation, IOS up-gradation, Configuration and integration of CISCO Switches and Routers.• Configuring & deploying VPN Technologies such as IPSEC, GRE.• Scheduling changes on Cherwell.• Expanding the Network as per the Customer’s requirement.• Responsible for handling and troubleshooting the incidents.• Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts.• Support multiple technical teams in 24 x 7 environment operational environments with high uptime requirements. Providing L - 2 support to the customer.VPN Managed Customer’s all over in India. Handling routing, links and hardware problems with reactive, proactive and request dockets and monthly audit.Around 3000 links are available for managed customer in MPLS (PE-CE) cloud. In this, the entire required Configuration like, Tacacs Server configuration, NMS server configurations including IP SLA RTR, Timestamps, Syslog, and SNMP related configurations is done in Cisco routers.Trouble ticket handling (Viznet and Remedy), Escalations handling.Configuration & troubleshooting of the Cisco routers (800, 1800, 2800, 3845 & 7200).

Completely Responsible for Managing, Monitoring and Configuration of WAN Links through leased lines, Routers multiplexer and demultiplexer. Provide Technical Support to the Client.
