Current• Acted as a liaison between development team and client team for more than 30 projects.• Independently handled 3 mobile application development projects from inception till the end of project, i.e., requirement gathering, documentation, development coordination, manual testing the apps, managing the change requests.• Created 50+ end user training manuals, job-aids etc. for 1000+ user base on how to use the custom solutions such as Cost Grid, Resource Management grid developed by our company.• Created deployment document for two of our products which was used by the development team to deploy the solutions over 20 instances.• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for 20+ projects using the Gherkin format in Azure DevOps.• Researched and designed solution changeover for critical eCommerce site where they were using manual techniques to generate the product SKU.
