Current• Responsible for managing customer services across India with team of 15-18 site engineers.• Responsible for site support operations across India, resolving site issues 24x7 with team of onsite and offsite engineers. • Manage procurement of spare parts and services. • New vendor developments for IL business to improve cost by localization/alternate vendor developments/alternate solutions.• Responsible for internal workflow and processes to minimize operational issues.• Continuous customer engagement to Identify improvement areas, gaps and provide solution by coordination with India and Japan team.• Responsible for department annual targets
