Working with a broad range of stakeholders across the business and being responsible for sending internal Communications, maintenance of internal Intranet site and ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are up to date and current.Technical Writer:• Deliver the critical functions of Policies and Procedures (P&Ps), Operational Communications and Intranet Content Management Services in Australia and New Zealand.• Deliver P&Ps, Operational Communications and Intranet Content management for allocated Latitude Projects and Work Requests on time. • Manage stakeholder signoff, review process, and engagement of relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate/support P&P gap analysis where required to ensure 100%of P&Ps are documented and online. • Cross-skill in aligned businesses to achieve productivity gains and reduce single point sensitivity.• Continuously identify and deliver opportunities for process improvements, and seek out best-practice alternatives. • Identify opportunities and deliver improvements to the internal and/or external customer experience. • Ensure compliance attention and consistency in all P&Ps, Communications and Intranet content.Intranet Admin• Deliver the critical functions of Intranet Content Management for agreed businesses functions within Latitude Financial Services in Australia and New Zealand. • Manage problem processes for IBM Websphere and OpenCMS Content Management (CMS). Act as liaison between IT and Operations businesses for large-scale issues. • Act as CMS Subject Matter Expert to Content Authoring Teams across Australia and New Zealand. Document common processes and provide ad hoc training as required by the leadership team. • Continuously identify and deliver opportunities for process improvement within the Intranet Team, and seek out best practices for web design standards and intranet management. • Identify opportunities and deliver improvements to the internal intranet site (Mercado) and Policy and Procedures Intranet site.
