Managing the preparation and finalization of financial statements based on IGAAP/Ind-AS and establish/upgrade the Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and General Information Technology Controls (GITC) for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Planning and optimizing the direct and indirect taxes and filing of returns. Formulating the Risk Management Framework for assessing & mitigating the financial risks through foreign currency and interest rate hedges and also protecting the industrial assets by taking adequate insurance coverage.
