Download tender with addendum. Review tender documents. An understanding of tender norms/technical specifications/scope of work/OEM product range/technical ability and evaluates tender participation accordingly. Prepare tender with all exclusive documents like Bid Bond, Integrity pact, Power of Attorney etc. by observing all legal norms of tender. Attend pre-bid meeting.Vendor development – Getting quotations from vendors/suppliers at bidding stage after technical review of tender. Evaluate quotations techno-commercially & qualify vendors, negotiate and finalise orders, making pre-bid arrangements with suppliers, ensure payment collection etcE-tendering – Create bids, submit tender online, participate in reverse auctions.Major EPC : LNT/Punj Lloyd/Hyundai/ESSAR/ etc

Marketing of ASTM, API carbon & alloy Steel pipes & tubes Liasioning with the Consultants, and technical department for the process of the sourced Enquiries & Tenders.Servicing existing major clients (BHEL, Cethar Vessel, Essar, L&T, BGR Energy, Doosan and Thermax etc.) in terms of replies to their queries, inquiries, sending offers, informing dispatch schedules, arranging dispatches and providing them with information regarding the dispatch and ETA.Developing new Clients and building personal rapport to procure business.Procurement of Prices from various International manufacturer’s (Arcelormittal Tubular Products Romania, Valcovny Club Chomutov Czhech Republic; Analyzing customer enquiries, preparing quotations & submitting tenders.Attending E-bidding & reverse Auctions.Analyzing PO & request arrange to get necessary clarificationFollow with the customer for the new enquiries, orders & tenders.Follow with the suppliers for timely dispatch of the consignment.Handling Export Documentations.Closing of the order & customer’s feedback on material dispatch.Ensuring the recovery of payments from the clients on time.Preparation of purchase, sales, dispatch & payment receipts on monthly basis.Seeking for tenders in news paper & through internet.
