Sending introductory letter to new customers and develop customer database.Analyzing customer enquiries and do the needful.Preparing quotations & submitting tendersAnalyzing PO & request arrange to get necessary clarificationPreparing work order, proforma invoice & delivery advicePreparing customer complaint report if any & inform technical person about.
