During my time at Times Internet, I was responsible for developing and integrating APIs for key products such as the News Point App and Times Ascent. I played a pivotal role in the revamp of the listing and article pages for the News Point platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience on both web and mobile. My work included building APIs and schedulers for various data feeds and writing utility APIs to support the business team’s needs.In this role, I also gained hands-on experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and deploying code via Jenkins. I contributed to maintaining a high level of code quality, ensuring efficiency, reusability, and scalability in every project. This position enhanced my problem-solving abilities and solidified my expertise in API development and backend systems.
