Proven expertise in lightning and classic configurations, custom objects, Profiles, sharing rules, entitlement rules, approval processes, custom settings, flows, workflows, and process builders.• Experience in functional testing and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications across marketing, sales, service, community, and NPSP cloud. • Skilled in maintaining data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports and exports via data-loader with working knowledge in SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and data manipulation.• Skilled in leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes. With working knowledge in deployment via change set and monitoring support tickets, and user issues via Jira and Zoho.• Proficient in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
