 Responsible for Promotion of Fire Alarm, Aspiration System and NN100 Gas suppression system Product. Estimation of Fire Alarm and NN100 Gas Suppression System and Aspiration System. Responsible for commissioning and programming of Nohmi Fire Alarm and NN100 Gas suppression system. Support to design staff for designing systems as per NFPA, NBC and I.S guidelines. Responsible for Technical and Training support to our Distributors in India, Srilanka, Bhutan and Maldives. Responsible for organizing “Nohmi University” for Distributor engineers once in a year enable them to understand Nohmi product and it's technical feature Client and Consultant Relationship development for smooth functioning of existing businesses and upcoming prospects. Sales Offer presentation and Negotiation with client in order to convert the business opportunities into PO. Handling and solving the quarry/issues/requirement etc. of client and business partner. International Exposure of visiting Shin Nippon Srilanka to demonstrate Nohmi Fire Alarm System and training to their Design and commissioning Engineer.Visited Fentons Srilanka to demonstrate Nohmi Fire Alarm System and training to their Design and commissioning Engineer.Visit to Bhutan for Fire Alarm Commissioning at Trashigang Dzong Monastery and Fire and safety presentation to ministry of Homes and Cultural Affairs (Royal Gov of Bhutan).Visited Aarah Resort,Maldives for commissioning network based Fire Alarm System and Fire Safety training to resort staff.

 Responsible for commissioning and Troubleshooting of Fire Alarm, PA system, Access Control System and Security systems,FM200 Gas suppression system . Responsible for training engineers and new sales recruits to understand products and its features. Liaison with Marketing Personnel for Order position. Periodical Review for Plan versus Achievement. Management and planning for project execution. Preparation of Technical Submittals as per Tender specification. Kick off meetings and project scheduling and planning. Providing monthly billing inputs to projects. Preparation of variation statement and getting approval from client / consultant. Ensuring the healthy and positive cash flow form running/ ongoing projects. Meeting with client & resolving issues related to work at site to avoid future hindrance Responsible for maintaining project related documents, project progress report, Daily activity report. Responsible for proper monitoring of running and AMC projects. Responsible for training of Systems after successful execution and handing over to the client.

 Responsible for Commissioning of CCTV (Analog &IP), Two Way communication Sound system, Fire Alarm System, Access control, Automatic license plate reader, Red light violation detector. Periodical Review for Plan versus Achievement. Responsible for up keeping electronics and hydraulic gadgets inside the Delhi Secretariat and LHMC assisted by Engineers & technicians.  Co-ordination with project team for any planning issues & further material ordering. Preparation of Technical Submittals as per Tender specification.
