Being highly motivated and committed professional with a solid technical expertise in Child Protection in particular and Livelihood Education in general with more than 12 years of experience in Development Sector. My work for all these years has been consist of planning, capacity building, managing, monitoring, evaluating, data analyzing and reporting of various projects working in partnership with local Non Governmental Organisations in the state of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh. This ensures promoting education and sustainable livelihood generation for underprivileged youth and best interests of children are met with a strong child protection mechanisms are put in place in the society so that; the changes brought are sustainable for foreseeable future. For the past one year I have been working as “Programme Manager” for Patna regional office at Aide et Action South Asia (a France based International organisation) working for “education” as a lever for development with a 9 other core thematic areas.
