Dear Sir/Madam,Greetings of the Day!Myself “Ashutosh Kumar”, having qualification B.Tech. with MBA(HR) along with B.Ed.I am having experience of over 22 years in the field of Education and Administration with last 6 years as Vice Principal. I have handled teams of 150+ manpower including teaching and non teaching staffs, in last 11 years (since I have started working as Deputy HeadMaster in 2012-13 at DPS Bhagalpur). Some of my duties as Vice Principal/Administrator in the different organizations include:1. Planning and Implementation of Curricular and Co curricular events and activities. Look after administration of entire staffing and Human Resource management. Recruitment of Teaching and Non teaching staffs. Heading the school in the absence of Principal.2. Looked after all the day to day affairs including students discipline, academic development of children and managing Internal and External Events of all sorts including academic as well as co curricular. Supervising Dept. of Examination, HR Management, Maintenance Management & Supervision. 3. IX-XII Board Examination and Registration process supervision. 4. Convening meeting of all academic staffs on weekly basis (in Groups divided as Pre Primary, Primary, Upper Primary and Secondary+Sr Secondary) as well as Academic Admins.5. Convening meeting of all non academic staffs fortnightly or as required.6. Preparing academic report regarding students development including their assignments and homework on weekly basis and action taken report based on it. 7. Reporting to Principal on day to day basic about overall development of school.8. Taking classes of FIT/Computer Sc/IP for IX-XII Grades.I am very calm in nature and always look to solve a problem with a 360 degree approach. In my opinion “For any problem, Solution lies in the problem itself”. Hence we need to look at the problem with utmost care and listen to all the parties or components of it. Moreover we always need to look at the root cause of problem, as in schools we deal with the age group most vulnerable of external influences, home environment and surroundings. Last but not the least – Teachers- in my opinion are the most creative lot who need to be always given space and time to discover the best from within themselves as well as students, within a framework suited to the curriculum and overall goal. Hence the continuous discussion and suggestions from all stakeholders which includes Management, Teachers, Parents as well as students perspective can only lead to the ultimate outcome.
