As a person I tend to create structure and systems in chaos, but embrace changes and encourage innovative thinking. I am first and foremost a do’er and people person. I am good at juggling many tasks and swiftly place check marks next to items on my to-do list. I keep my eyes on target and stay grounded whilst evaluating opportunities against the realm of reality. I enjoy working with passionate people with curly minds, building relations, growing a common culture and competencies and see people grow. I am strong on communication and at translating developer language into something customers understand. I care for the well-being of my colleagues and appreciate each person’s uniqueness.
