A Qualified Instrumentation and Control Professional with overall 12 + years of experience.I am presently working as Assistant General Manager in Hindalco Industries limited, Renukoot looking after Automation and Digitisation activities of Downstream Business in Fabrication & Extrusion Department . The responsibility includes to look after all L2 integrations and MES . Apart from this i am also looking after OT security project .Prior to this , I was working as a Manager Section head , DCS & PLC with Utkal Alumina International Limited , Hindalco Industries ,Aditya Birla Group. The responsibilities were to look after all control systems of refinery section . Apart from this i was also working as a digital ambassador and making predictive models using Aspentech Mtell software.I have extensive experience in steering the Power Plant Operations and Instrumentation Maintenance handling, along with proven abilities in planning and executing the Commissioning and Pre Commissioning activities, Control Room Handling, System Function Checking, Troubleshooting and providing the needed Technical Support for driving operational efficiency. My major areas of expertise include Foundation Fieldbus Instrumentation System, Siemens S7-300 PLC, Woodward 505 DE, Yokogawa Centum VP, Rockwell Control Logix , Data Pipeline creation , OT security etc .
