During my internship, I gained hands-on experience with the MERN technology stack, where I focused on the backend development of a CRM project. My responsibilities included:-Implementing a robust authentication system to ensure secure access to the CRM platform.-Developing efficient mechanisms for managing project and employee data, ensuring seamless organization and retrieval of information.-Creating a resource requisition feature that facilitated the hiring of new talent based on project requirements, reducing the company's dependency on external resources.-Contributing to the development of a leave tracker, enabling easy monitoring and management of employee absences.-Designing a logging system to accurately track and record the time spent by employees on each project, providing valuable insights into productivity and resource allocation.
