As an Assistant Manager at Hilti Manufacturing India, I am responsible for designing and developing innovative processes that optimize production efficiency and quality. I leverage my skills in Ansys Products, a software suite for engineering simulation, to create and test various process scenarios and solutions.Previously, I worked as an Engineer - Operations at Subros Limited, a leading manufacturer of automotive air conditioning systems, for over 2 years. There, I contributed to the implementation of several process improvement projects that resulted in increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction. One of my notable achievements was being part of the core team that won the 2nd Runner-up award in the CII Kaizen Competition 2022, a prestigious national event that recognizes excellence in continuous improvement practices.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Silchar, where I was also a core team member of TWRAN, the official formula student racing team of the institute.
