Production leader for the JCB Backhoe Loader product, which is the largest selling product of JCB worldwide. In this role, I am responsible for leading the team in Dashboard Implementation, SOP preparation, Line Layout & Manpower Reduction. I have increased line efficiency using JCB Production System, Lean Six Sigma, VSM, Jishuken & LPA, and have implemented and shared the Best Practices database of Technology and Equipment identified at Plant Level and Global Level. In this role, I developed a good layout to minimize the material handling time & increase productivity, prepared Work Standards, Process Check Sheets, and Machine Check Sheets for each station in local language or English for easy understanding of operators, and coordinated daily process audits and IATF Audits.
