• Part of pilot team in sales operations of “JD OMNI”, a cloud-based solution for enterprises.• Responsible for acquiring new clients and renewal of existing contracts through up selling and cross selling. • Defining various categories and areas for clients to reach out to their target group through just dial services.• Manage end to end client relationship including pitching, presentation, negotiation, contracting, and payment collection and troubleshooting. • Increase their investment in just dial by value proposition and showing clear ROI calculation.• Promoting new marketing strategy on social media channels to increase client's visibility.
