As a Research Executive at Ipca Laboratories Limited, I am responsible for developing and optimizing continuous manufacturing processes and analytical methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and raw materials. I have six years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical (API) research and development, with a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.My main objective is to conduct lab-scale experiments, generate kinetic data from batch experiments, and conduct continuous experiments with sensitivity analysis and process optimization. I have successfully developed and transferred multiple continuous processes to the pilot plant and commercial scale, resulting in improved yield, quality, and efficiency. I have also developed and validated analytical methods using sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, GC, GCMS, Autotitrator, IR, and PAT (NIR).I have extensive experience in using various types of lab-scale flow reactors, such as microchannel reactors, plug flow reactors, CSTR, ACR, ATR, and fixed bed reactors for high pressure heterogeneous catalysts. I have also published multiple papers and patents related to the development of continuous manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals. I am passionate about applying my expertise and skillset to solve challenging problems and contribute to the advancement of the pharmaceutical industry.
