I have been appointed as vice president of Agraga The HR & IR club . My key responsibilities are as follows:-● Working together with the executive board of the club to create and carry out the organization's daily operations and strategic strategy.● Actively fostering a peaceful atmosphere, actively assisting in the resolution of disputes or problems that may emerge among club members.● Setting up future leaders in the club by spotting potential leaders and coaching them to assume leadership positions.● Arranging conferences, workshops, and networking activities with the goal of benefiting our members. ● Representing the group to outside stakeholders and the campus community. ● Encourage a lively and welcoming HR and IR professional community inside the club.

As an operations team core member I used to coordinate with different teams for conducting events , workshops & seminars . During my tenure we were part of many events like CPL , Boogie- Woogie , HR Bingers and many more. We as a team successfully managed the logistics requirements for all this events.

As an EC Member I primarily manage team and also look after all the planning & execution of the team events.

Studying Brand Perception by doing intensive market research by doing field visits and doing primary research by collecting data from the retailers , electricians and other stakeholders . As an intern my roles and responsibilities are as follows:-1. Studying the Brand perception.2.Conducting Market research.3. Conducting quantitative Primary research.4. Going for field visits and knowing theground reality.

I was working as a project Engineer and i was working with one of the leading client's of my company.
