This role has not only taught me how to deal with extremely stressful situations in a high pressure environment but also, how to do so when working in a large team who frequently and closely depend on each other. As a dedicated Digital Representative at Newcastle University, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the digital learning experience for my fellow students, serving as the official link between students and university staff dedicated to improving digital education. I gathered comprehensive feedback on various digital aspects through active communication and engagement, including hardware, software, online portals, and virtual learning environments. I presented student feedback impartially and coherently at Digital Rep Forum meetings, contributing to the strategic direction of digital learning. Ensuring accountability and inclusivity, I informed students and Student Reps about Forum decisions and further feedback. My commitment to empowering students and promoting a better digital education environment was unwavering, supported by NUSU and the University IT and Digital Education Team.
