I have been training people across age groups in educational, industrial, health care and corporate sectors for over 15+ years in Yogasana, Pranayama and Meditation. I am considered a pioneer the home-Yoga movement in Bangalore. I have trained many Yoga teachers in Bangalore, Delhi and some abroad like Canada, Thailand, USA, Indonesia, Dubai. I have experience in handling various styles of Yoga like Hatha, Power and Therapy. I understand of the needs of each individual and designs sessions based on the same. In 2013, my Yoga therapy skills under honed under the watchful eyes of leading Ayurveda doctors at the Tata Sons funded I-AIM Healthcare, a super specialty Ayurveda-Yoga hospital, Bangalore. With my experience of sharing sessions with people from various fields like business, education, entertainment, law, enforcement agencies (army, police etc.,) aviation, sports, NGOs' etc. I realized that most of them would like to study Yoga in a scientific and systematic way. As despite technology advancement, certain skill sets in life have to be learnt real time from real people who are practitioners in their chosen fields
