Summer Intern
During my two-month summer internship at Diageo India, I focused on transforming the company's Innovation & Renovation (I&R) process. Through cross-functional interviews, I identified key pain points hindering efficiency and collaboration. My research led to the development of a proposed modular platform designed to streamline the entire I&R lifecycle.Key features of Platform include real-time project tracking, automated alerts, collaborative workspaces, streamlined artwork approvals, and data-driven insights. This platform addresses pain points such as data silos, manual processes, and inconsistent workflows.This internship provided valuable insights into the FMCG industry's unique challenges and the importance of data-driven decision-making. I gained experience in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and project management, enhancing my skillset and solidifying my passion for driving innovation through technology.
