In which HCIL (Hughes Communication India Ltd.) is a division of Hughes with focus on core business solutions namely Enterprise and Fusion. It offers a full range of IT services, including business solutions, IT consulting, strategic team building, and outsourcing. MIDAS (Management Information Data Access System) is an enterprise portal application developed to automate and integrate key business processes such as Sales tracking and control, Rollout, Call Center Logging, Student Management System, Receivable Management System, HR, Project Engineering web, Vendor Scrolling System etc.As per users requirements my work is to do internal development of new requirement or new work flow. At the same time assign tickets/tasks logged by the users to my team members and as per there ability find out the best resource to do that task in minimum time. So as per users requirement we need to work on multiple work flows and for this we sometime have to develop DBC's, Services, Utilities or Web Pages.
