Direct all accounting activities including managing a team of six direct reports (currently one) and external accountants, financial statement preparation, close, development and documentation of accounting policies and controls, software revenue recognition, credit, audits, and general ledger transactions. Hands on experience in multiple contract types to include: FFP, T&M and Cost plus - Process contract modification documents such as Change Orders, Supplemental Agreements, and Termination Notices to reflect changing conditions during the life of a contract.
