A lot of focus on driving IT and business transformation through interesting interventions. • Worked closely with a large global IT Infrastructure services provider to help structure the overall global service delivery structure, governance, and enablement framework to ensure service delivery was aligned to customer's business.

    By far the most enriching, intense, and rewarding assignment in my career thus far. I was asked to step in and lead the global delivery program for a Fortune500 client where the transition had gone terribly awry. It was also the most complex and largest-ever program that was handled by the company till then. It was also my first assignment in a delivery role. I was based out of Lexington, KY in the US and worked directly with the CIO and his team. The IT Infrastructure program had major data centers and delivery locations in the US, Europe, and Asia. We eventually turned around the program and expanded the footprint to take over new lines of service. Made some great friends and professional contacts too in this period.Earlier was part of the core team that formed the IT Infrastructure Services practice at TCS.
