In 2005 after 5 years of being an homemaker, mom and wife living in Howard county Maryland, I was always looks for good south Indian food with a blend of American flavors. I search in every where Maryland but grew frustrated with the generic buffets that seemed to be the status quo in South Indian restaurants. Having learned many authentic south Indian recipes from my grand mother "Mabel Alexander“ “I knew that something had to change with the way Indian food was being represented in America.” and due to my commitment to my 2 kids and my long hours working IT Husband I was not able to start a restaurant on my own so I started catering to my friends, church members and family events. For these catering events I experimented the best of south India and the American South in unique dishes like okra fries seasoned with punchy chaat masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, King Crabs with green chilly masala, Fish Fillet with coconut curry and a spritz of lime, Potato & green peas samosas with Tamarind and Dates chutney and many others.. the goal is deliver a clever reinterpretation of an ingredient with deep roots in Southern Indian cuisine orchestrated with the right portions of spices and hotness to cater both Indian and American audience.

Contracting: Tradespeople are contracted to carry out the improvements. Renovating: The property is renovated to increase its value. Selling: The renovated property is sold at a higher price than the purchase price.Renting : Depending on the location, the property will be rented for long term rental leases.

As an data analyst, I'm responsible for working closely with the researchers/small business owners/customers to understand their data analytics requirements and to intrepret , document and develop sql queries ,procedures, scripts using Sql Server Transact- Sql to address specific data extraction, reporting and analytical needs. As part of my analysis I do develop a deep expertise with client data, Analyze complex datasets,Work collaboratively with researchers and analysts. I work with clients Point of contacts and Subject Matter Experts directly to articulate what questions can and can’t be answered based on available data and also understand data extraction , transformation and summarization based on user defined business rules. As part of my deliverables I continue to used Alteryx for data loading, Tableau for data visualization and sql server stored procedures for ad hoc reporting.

As part of my job I interacted with many state government and commercial clients to address their resource needs in the field of data warehouse and business intelligence. Also worked with other partners to submit bids for RFPs in the area of data analytics and Fraud ,Waste and Abuse.

As a data administrator was involved in creating adhoc reports and to validate/analyze organizations Enterprise Data Warehouse data used by delivery applications and report development. My responsibilities include• Validate data migrated from legacy systems to the new SAP system.• Create ad-hoc reports that meet business needs by developing an in-depth understanding of database objects, creating T-sql scripts, manipulating data in Excel, Access and testing/validating the adhoc reports. • Ensures integrity, accuracy and consistency of analytic applications by recreating reported problems, executing queries, loading and/or extracting data from databases into analysis or development tools as needed and identifying root cause of discrepancy. • Create and maintain reports using SalesDW/Diver/NABCA/PLCB/SAP data by meeting with users to gather and document requirements.• Oversee data integrity and quality assurance of data aggregated by monitoring a variety of internal and external sources. • Ensures that SAP Material and Customer Master is always the best single source of information for our suppliers by creating audits and updating data according to established procedures. • Assists with the timely completion of material/customer maintenance. • Ensure that processes and procedures are accurate by creating or updating documentation as needed.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
